Accredited Investor Status (select one):
A natural person with an individual net worth or joint net worth with your spouse in excess of $1,000,000. Net worth excludes homes, furnishings, and automobiles.
A natural person whose income, exclusive of spouse's income, exceeded $200,000 in each of the last two years or your join income with your spouse exceeded $300,000 in each of the last two years and you reasonably expect such individual or joint income to exceed those amounts in the current year.
A corporation, foundation, endowment, partnership, limited liability company, limited partnership or limited liability partnership with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 that was not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring interests in any of the Third Coast Capital Funds.
A bank, insurance company, registered investment company, or Small Business Investment Company.
A trust with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 that was not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring interests in any of the Third Coast Capital Funds and whose assets are being directed by a sophisticated person or a bank, savings and loan, or other institution acting in a fiduciary capacity.
A tax exempt organization (Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) exemption) with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 that was not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring interests in any of the Third Coast Capital Funds.
An entity in which all the equity owners are accredited investors as described above.
